We facilitate online booking of our studio through
Internet. We can provide you the address of nearby Public Video
Conferencing facility in case your conferencing partner
do not own one.

Your expectations are our concern. At VConnect-CS even seemingly minute

Pricing Structure
Our pricing structure consists
of three components.
1. Dial-up Charges:
This is applicable only for calls initiated from our
studio. This ISDN charges are at actual rates charged by our service
provider.
2. Studio Charges:
This
charge is for the usage of our Studio facility and it is calculated in
terms of time slots (each time slot being 60 minutes). Extension of time is
calculated in terms of 30 minutes.
3. Service Tax :
Service Tax if
applicable will be collected on both ISDN Dial-up and Studio Charges
(currently it is at 10.3%).
Special Discount
There will be a discount of
- 5% on the total bill amount
for the usage of 4 hours or more on a single booking.
- 10% on the total bill for a
month for the usage of 10 hours or more on that month.
Booking of Studio is made in terms time
slots which is in multiples of 30 minutes. Each slot so booked (be
it a 30 minutes slot or 5 hour slot) can be extended to another 15 minutes
if required. Further extention will be allowed
depending on the availability of slots.
